Neighborhood Watch
Kingsley has partnered with the Louisville Metro Police Department to form a Neighborhood Watch Program. The goal of the program is to increase community awareness and promote crime prevention.
Neighborhood Watch Block Captains share information with their neighbors and the police. The Captains are kept abreast of important issues and incidents by the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
We want to make sure that involvement in the Neighborhood Watch program is simple and that goals are achievable. Meetings are held several times during the year, usually with police on hand to provide updates. Meetings will also sometimes include special speakers.
